Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Such arbitration shall be in accordance with the London Court of International Arbitration (“LCIA”) Rules in effect at the time of such arbitration. The LCIA Rules shall be deemed to be incorporated by reference into this Clause 14.3 The arbitration panel shall consist of 03 (Three) arbitrators, 01 (One) arbitrator each appointed by the Parties to the dispute and a presiding arbitrator to be mutually appointed by the aforesaid arbitrators. All proceedings of such arbitration shall be in the English language. The seat and venue of the arbitration will be London.
